In a universe in which perspective and angles always seem somehow wrong and absurd, R'yleh might somehow look like Vienna and 'rise' from above.

Of course as a non-cultist I don't get the refernces, but I really like the overall composition (sea, pitch-black starless sky, Vienna-ish city coming down from above and the lighting effects)~
